What is an ESG Audit?

The traditional definition of an audit centres around financial auditing of books and accounts. However, an operational or facility audit can be simply defined as:
"A process of inspection against a set of key criteria"
The Environmental, Social and Governance audits that SLF Auditing Services provide are operational, facility audits that evaluate the performance of a facility in the leather value chain. We audit tanneries, product manufacturers, traders, chemical companies and other related organisations to ensure a joined up approach to good practice.
